Freeland Harris Consulting Engineers was founded in 1965 by Freeland Harris.  The firm specializes in designing the foundations and framing systems for a wide range of institutional, commercial, and industrial buildings.  Since 1972, the firm has specialized in the structural design of industrial and process facilities.
